best gym friendly team
The gym team was friendly. The hotel has one of the best gyms I've trained in. The pool area is cute (I really enjoyed it). The food was great too!

faulty air conditioning shower hairs
I was allocated a room, a classic twin room, on arrival. the air conditioning did not seem to function adequately. the room felt stuffy and warm throughout my stay, even with the system set to its lowest temperature. i also found some hairs in the shower. This oversight impacted my overall impression of cleanliness.

consistent quality stay
quality food helpful staff
i found the breakfast food of excellent quality. staff at both dinner and breakfast were friendly. the entire team smiled continuously , made for a cute atmosphere. location proved convenient and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
the room we booked was on the second floor and it became excessively warm because of the weather. i barely noticed any effect from the air conditioning system. there were also marks on the windows.

reception staff were excellent and always available. staff members ensured everything went smoothly. the team showed commitment to guest satisfaction with prompt issue resolution. friendly personnel created a cute atmosphere.

the swimming pool provided a great recreational option. the gym was decently equipped. spa facilities were well kept and contributed positively to relaxation. parking was convenient and easily accessible for all guests.
